EMPLOYEE Human Resources and Management Assistant (M/F/D)

Ihre Aufgaben (Standortübergreifend)

Personnel administration: creation, maintenance and management of personnel files, employment contracts, employment references, time recording and other administrative activities

Conducting appraisal interviews: professional and empathetic interview management, especially in the context of application processes and regular appraisal interviews

Employee support: Function as a contact person for our employees in personnel-related issues

Recruiting: Support throughout the entire application process

Payroll support: reporting all wage and salary-related information to our payroll office

Management support: operational and organizational tasks, document management, event planning support, travel management and cross-departmental appointment coordination

Creation of written and visual documents: e.g. in Power Point and other MS Office tools

Controlling support: and tracking of organizational and project budgets

Ihr Profil

At least completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of human resources management

Professional experience in human resources: You have experience from a comparable position

Management assistance: You have initial experience in the field of team assistance, ideally in the field of management assistance

High social competence: You have a high level of teamwork and assertiveness

Structured way of working: You are well organized and have a good eye for detail

Strong communication skills: You have a strong ability to conduct conversations with employees and management with confidence, sociability and empathy

High sense of responsibility: you reliably take care of your issues

Confident with MS Office: You are proficient in the common Office applications and are open to using new software tools
