Within the next 3 weeks, a central team will review your skills and qualifications. A pre-selection will be made in consultation with the team in your area of operation.
In the first interview by phone or online you impress us with your personality and your expertise - we want to get to know you. Use the interview for all your questions - get to know us.
In the second interview we meet in person on site, you get to know us and your team members on site.
If all goes well, we make a binding decision already in the week after your interview and get back to you with personal feedback.
