The SemsoTec Group, supplier of display-based HMI system solutions and their operating concepts for automotive, aviation, smart home, medical, e-mobility and other industries, and the Japanese manufacturer of optical materials and components Dexerials are launching their partnership with the opening of SemsoTec's new production site in Cham.
The new 3000m² Optical Solutions Center in Cham will house HMI manufacturing with automated production lines and the latest leading optical bonding technologies.
With the commitment to Germany as a manufacturing location, the new strategic international cooperation between SemsoTec and Dexerials focuses on independence in Europe as well as on high-tech made in Germany and therefore brings essential, latest manufacturing technologies to Germany, directly to the door of potential customers and gives them direct access.
The processes, which are adapted and optimised to the materials and components, are set up there and can then be used for small and medium-sized series at SemsoTec. For larger series, they can be implemented directly and without great effort for and at customers.
In this way, SemsoTec guarantees speed in the implementation, reliability in the adoption for large series and flexibility in the design.
There are no longer any limits to optical bonding for flat, curved, large-format or free-form displays.
