General administrative and organizational tasks
Travel organization as well as administration of pool and company vehicles
Checking and processing of receipts in the ERP system (DATEV)
Reception and support of guests
Telephone management and e-mail correspondence
Preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as management of meeting rooms
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail

Experience in financial accounting an advantage
Reliability and attention to detail when dealing with sensitive data
Careful and reliable way of working
Ability to work in a team
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Basic knowledge of EDP and Office software
Basic knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage
