Your tasks
Organization of the work processes
Ensuring the quality of work and safety
Personnel management
Creation of shift schedules and safeguarding of the production processes
Active participation in the production and in the warehouse
Analyzing workplaces and their design with consideration of ergonomics
Implementation of employee training
Induction of employees
Accompaniment of internal and external audits as well as annual inventory
Setting up of machines and equipment
Creation of maintenance plans for machines and equipment
Carrying out small repairs on equipment

Your profile
at least 3 years of work experience as a shift supervisor
leadership experience
basic knowledge of Lean Management
German written and spoken
good computer skills (Office, etc.)
completed job training
