Our focus is on sophisticated hardware architecture solutions in the automotive, aviation, smart home, medical, e-mobility and other industries as well as complex embedded software solutions. The focus here is on display-based system solutions and their operating concepts, and we attach great importance to delivering quality and functional reliability as well as maintaining our absolute technological leadership.

Your tasks

Supporting the sales department in the preparation of quotations, order planning and processing

Active customer support, coordination of customer feedback and complaint management

Project support incl. planning and monitoring of materials, deadlines, payment and delivery agreements

Preparation of quotations, production orders and support in cost calculations

Holistic monitoring of sales plans and strategies

Contact person for customers, suppliers and external partners

General assistant activities and asset management if necessary

Your profile

At least completed commercial training or studies in business sciences

min. 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position

very good knowledge of sales, project and customer management

very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

very good knowledge of MS Office applications, knowledge of ERP systems (Abra, SAP) an advantage

High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking

Independent and structured way of working

Reliability, organisational skills and adherence to deadlines

Ability to work in a team, social competence and a confident manner
